Rider and Mechanic Check-In will be located at the bottom of the escalator in the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Rider and Mechanic credentials and “rider goodie bags” will be picked up there.
Rider / Mechanic Check-In times are as follows:
- Thursday, October 12 th 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Friday, October 13 th 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday, October 14 th 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
You MUST be checked in by 6:00pm on Saturday, NO EXCEPTIONS!
There will be NO Rider / Mechanic Check-In on Sunday October 15 th

Promoter Will Call will be located outside at the southeast end of the MGM Grand Garden Arena, your guests will be able to pick up their tickets there.
Will Call times are as follows:
- Thursday, October 12 th 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday, October 13 th 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Saturday, October 14 th 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
All tickets MUST be picked up by 9:00pm on Saturday!
There will be NO Promoter Will Call on Sunday October 15 th

MGM Grand Garden Arena Box Office is located in the MGM Grand Studio Walk. Sunday tickets and pit passes will be available for purchase there, throughout the weekend. Please visit the box office if you have any questions on Sunday regarding tickets, passes, etc.

Parking for Arenacross participants will be located in the Theme Lot at the MGM . Parking is first come first serve. The parking lot will only be accessible to enter and exit during the hours of 9am – 7pm Thursday through Saturday and 5am – Race End on Sunday . If you arrive in Las Vegas before or after these designated times you must find your own alternate parking until the gates are opened, NO exceptions. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by Monday at 7 am . (Please see the attached map for designated parking and pitting areas)
